Allison Gaydish

Turn Up, Dirtylicicous & Stretching for Dance Instructor

Allison Gaydish lives in Rincon with her three children and husband. She was raised in New Jersey and danced and baton twirled competitively from the ages of four to 13. From the ages of eight to 16, she was involved in competitive cheerleading, developing a passion for dance and demonstrating great skill in gymnastics. Her high energy performances led to her winning many cheerleading awards.

As she was entering adulthood, Allison encountered several traumatic life events which affected her health and well-being. During this time, she stopped doing what she loved: Dance. Fortunately, after becoming a young mother and building a strong family environment, she once again found her passion for dance and fitness. From these experiences, she knew her soul's purpose was to help others heal through the power and dance and movement.

Allison is a graduate of the Dharma Coaching Institute and is a Spiritual and Soul Purpose Life Coach. She loves to connect on a deeper level with women 1-on-1 through her coaching business: I AM Alive Again. She offers guidance to women, helping them feel confident in their own skin, sharing how important it is to make time for themselves and the things that make them feel Alive.

Allison is certified to teach DIRTYLICIOUS DANCE FITNESS, a fun and sexy choreographed cardio-based workout for all dance levels, and TURN UP DANCE FITNESS, a high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) workout for all dance and fitness levels.  She encourages everyone to dance ruthlessly, live loudly, and evolve unapologetically! Both formats leave you feeling empowered, confident, and sexy. She looks forward to bringing her flavor to SdeB.
