Lynda's teaching style is influenced by Integral Yoga, which is gentle and meditative, and vinyasa yoga, where the movements and breath flow in a smoother, dance-like fashion. Her class is for students of all levels and will touch on aspects of the eight limbs of yoga through the yoga poses, yogic breathing, readings and guided relaxation, with a concentration on areas of improvement and healing, keeping the students' needs in mind.
