Soon after, her husband became a dance fitness instructor and she continued to attend these classes to keep practicing her ballroom dancing as well as stay in shape.
Feeling compelled to help others stay fit who are at the retirement age, she is now ready to encourage those 50+ to get and stay in shape by dancing their way to fitness. Myra is retired from teaching Special Education in South Carolina.  She resides in Blufton with her husband and beloved cat.  She also loves spending time with Mother, Children, and Grandchildren.
