Learn how to ballroom dance and get a great workout in the process. We use all styles of music that are modern or traditional. Grab your yoga mat and let's create the dance body you have always dreamed of. This class is a mixture of ballet elements great for the beginner to the advanced dancer. We incorporate dance elements good to use on the floor free-standing and the ballet barre. We have designed this class to be low impact to suit all needs. Check out our calendar for class times.
